These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the websites, applications and services provided by SerenQuant, including the AI assistant (the Service). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

You must be of the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure and all activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend or limit registration or access at our discretion.

The Service provides tools for market research, strategy testing, portfolio tracking and related features. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and some features may be offered on a preview basis.

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. SerenQuant is not an investment adviser, broker or fiduciary, and nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or asset. Historical and simulated results are hypothetical and do not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

Output generated by the AI assistant may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for evaluating output before relying on it, and for the information you submit.

Market data and other third-party content are provided by third parties under license, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit such content except as its provider permits.

Where the Service allows you to connect a third-party brokerage account, your relationship with that broker is governed by its terms. You are solely responsible for any orders you place or authorize, and SerenQuant is not responsible for the execution, rejection or outcome of any transaction.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant SerenQuant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for content you make public and confirm that you have the rights to submit it.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by violating applicable law, infringing the rights of others, interfering with or circumventing the security of the Service, accessing it by unauthorized means, or copying, reselling or redistributing the Service or its data except as permitted. We may remove content or suspend access in response to a violation.

Certain features may be offered for a fee. Any applicable fees and related terms will be disclosed before you purchase.

The Service and its software, design and brand are owned by SerenQuant and its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service and do not transfer any ownership rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SerenQuant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or investments, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify SerenQuant against claims, losses and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SerenQuant is established. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

These Terms, together with any additional terms that apply to specific features, are the entire agreement between you and SerenQuant regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, if the changes are material, provide reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
